More and more, the population is starting to realize that fiat money is not a safe bet and they are investing in precious metals. When you have the president on the television telling people to stay calm and buy stocks, I usually think that whatever they say your best bet is to do the opposite. I read an interesting article recently about the large number of US citizens moving outside the country in order to find work as TEFL teachers. Probably not a bad idea while the economy is in shambles… It isn’t enough to want quick diet loss, what we need is to re-orient ourselves to the world and become mentally healthy and strong to deal with the problems we face.

A strong mind and a good heart are two things that are priceless when dealing with the obstacles of this century.

Focus on the good things in life because there are far too many problems as it is, spend time enjoying the gifts that you have received. Have faith that we will all come out of this in due time and try not to panic and become immobile due to the fear of uncertainty that currently exists.
